business transactional experience, including 10 years of
experience as in-house corporate counsel of a multimillion
dollar engineering services firm. Mr. Bruechert has been a
business owner since 1996.
Robert
G. Bruechert is the founder of the law office and business
consulting practice.
He serves as principal and managing director in the
firm’s Long
Island
headquarters. Mr. Bruechert is focused on the
representation of business clients, for all aspects of business
formation, operations and management.
Mr.
Bruechert has represented a diverse client list. Clients include, but are
not limited to, naval architects and marine engineers, printers,
mortgage brokers, doctors, restaurateurs, skilled craftsmen,
gift shop owners, film restoration companies, and day-care
providers. He
has also played prominent roles in client’s strategic planning
committees, project management committees, pension boards, and
has served as their small business liaison
officer.
Over
the course of his career, Mr. Bruechert has completed countless
major contracting transactions with foreign and domestic
Governments and commercial clients worldwide.

Mr. Bruechert is

practice, but is an inactive member of the bar in the State of
Pennsylvania and

Jersey. Mr. Bruechert is a
member of the New York State Bar Association, the USMMA Alumni
Association -
Port of
New York
Chapter, the Chamber of Commerce of the Massapequas, and
the Massapequa Park Board of Zoning
Appeals.
EDUCATION
Mr.
Bruechert is a graduate of The United States Merchant Marine
Academy at Kings Point New York, New York Law School, New York
University School of Law, and New York University Stern School
of
Business.
